The Watertown Area Council for the Aging is sponsoring the Senior Seminar once again on Sept. 19 at the County Fair Banquet Hall. Dental Health will be the focus at the seminar with Dr. Leeann Diercks providing information for those in attendance.Booths open at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served by County Fair from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. followed by the guest speaker. Please join us at the Senior Seminar and if you need a ride call the transit office at 882-5287 and we will set you up.
School Sign Up Season is upon us again!
Registration needs to be completed every school season for each student.
Form can be printed and brought in or picked up in the office at 205 1st Ave NE.
Our standard Passenger Handbook rules apply (including rides need to be scheduled 1 business day in advance by 3pm)
Team Mate Wanted
Do you like helping people? Do you like driving? Are you looking for part-time work? Watertown Area Transit is looking for the right person to fill a part-time driver position. This person would be neat and clean in appearance, have a safe driving record, have a positive attitude and willing to perform duties in all kinds of weather. Pay begins at $10/hr without CDL or $11/hr with a CDL and passenger endorsement. On the job training is available to obtain your CDL with passenger endorsement.
